Tracy Miller
From obtaining her salesperson real estate license in 2016, to securing her Brokers license in 2018, to opening her own boutique brokerage in 2019; Tracy is a force to be reckoned with. As a residential salesperson, Tracy received the prestigious Rookie of the Year Award in 2018, numerous RE/MAX franchise awards for high sales volume from 2017-2019, and the Top Producer spot within her local MLS from 2018-2020. After opening her own brokerage, Tracy maintained being a Top Producer through 2022. She began building a team of residential sales agents in 2020 and began shifting her sales focus to commercial real estate. She started using her personal experience in real estate investing to help clients acquire and sell investment properties. Tracy specializes in Multifamily, but has worked with Office, Retail, and Industrial. Tracy currently owns a dozen properties with her husband, Brandon, and also has a small construction company that supports their renovation projects. Tracy has personal experience with full renovations, short term rentals, office space, mixed use retail, long term rentals, and most recently, historic renovations. She is experienced in working with the local Urban Revitalization Agency, economic development organization, and the county planning and zoning departments.
When she is not working with her clients, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family (husband, Brandon, 3 daughters, and 4 doggies.) She is an avid backpacker, mountain biker, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner. You will rarely see her without her beagle, Scout, by her side. Tracy lives and breathes investing and is ready to help you!

Jackie MacMillan
Jackie has served as Tracy’s executive assistant since May of 2020. She obtained her Montana real estate license in February of 2022. Jackie assists Tracy with paperwork, showings, data collection, notary work, research, and planning. She is a wizard! Jackie has always had a deep love for Butte. She loves the people here and the rich history. She loves the beauty, mountains, lakes, rivers, and nature of Butte and the surrounding area.
