Areas of Practice

Multifamily

Multifamily housing is characterized by multiple units in a single building or connected by shared walls. It can be developed at a range of heights and densities, from low-rise duplexes to high-rise apartment complexes, and can be rental or ownership housing.

INdustrial

Industrial real estate refers to properties used to develop, manufacture, or produce goods and products, as well as logistics real estate that supports the movement and storage of products and goods. These buildings aren't as glamorous as other types of real estate such as glimmering skyscrapers, well-manicured multifamily communities, or crowd-drawing shopping centers. However, industrial real estate is vital because these properties are the workhorses of the industrial economy.

Office

A commercial office is a property that is used by business professionals, medical and dental professionals, tech firms, and more. A standard office space is divided into separate rooms, and typically includes restrooms, and a possibly a residential-style kitchen. There are typically 3 classes of office space.

residential

Looking to purchase a primary home, condo, or vacation home? Maybe it is time to downsize from your large family home and get into something smaller? Are you relocating to another area and looking to sell prior to purchasing in your new community? Life changes and I’m here to help you through each of these milestones and/or obstacles!

Retail

Retail real estate deals in establishments used exclusively to market and sell consumer goods and services. They can range from shopping malls to pop-up shops to supermarkets, dry cleaners, and cafes. Retail real estate allows investors to lease, rent, manage, buy, or sell retail properties.

land

Types of land uses. There are many different categories when it comes to land use. The five most common uses are recreational, transport, agricultural, residential and commercial. Understanding the specifics of each one can help when planning on investing in property.

“Ninety percent of all millionaires become so through owning real estate. More money has been made in real estate than in all industrial investments combined. The wise young man or wage earner of today invests his money in real estate.”
— - Andrew Carnegie, billionaire industrialist
